PROCESSO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE TIRA DE AçO E UMA TIRA DE AçO DOTADA DO DITO REVESTIMENTO. A invenção fornece um processo para o revestimento de tiras de aço que compreende, em % em peso, C: <243> 1,6%, Mn: 6 -30 %, AI: <243> 10 %, Ni: <243> 10%, Cr: <243> 10%, Si: <243> 8 %, Cu: <243> 3%, Nb: <243> 0,6%, Ti: <243> 0,3%, V: <243> 0,3 %, P: <243> 0,1 %, B: <243> 0,01 %, o restante sendo ferro e impurezas inevitáveis, cujo processo torna possível também fornecer tais tiras de aço, que até agora não puderam ser adequadamente revestidas, com um revestimento de metal que garantisse propriedades excelentes de resistência à corrosão e boas propriedades de soldagem. Isto é garantido no processo de acordo com a invenção pela aplicação de uma camada de alumínio à tira de aço antes do recozimento final e aplicação do revestimento de metal à dita camada de alumínio depois do recozimento final. A invenção também se refere a uma tira ou folha de aço formada por meio do processo de acordo com a invenção.

Relatório Descritivo da Patente de Invenção para "PROCESSOPARA REVESTIMENTO DE TIRA DE AÇO E UMA TIRA DE AÇO DOTADA DO DITO REVESTIMENTO".
A invenção refere-se a um processo para revestimento de tirasde aço que compreendem em % em peso C: < 1,6 %, Mn: 6 - 30 %, Al: < 10%, Ni: < 10 %, Cr: < 10 %, Si: < 8 %, Cu: < 3 %, Nb: < 0,6 %, Ti: < 0,3 %,V: < 0,3 %, P: < 0,1 %, B: < 0,01 %, N: < 1,0 %, o restante sendo ferro eimpurezas inevitáveis, em que a tira de aço é sujeita a recozimento final eentão é revestida com um revestimento que consiste em um metal fundido.Além disso, a invenção refere-se a uma tira de aço, que tem um materialbase composto correspondente e um revestimento metálico aplicado àmesma. Dependendo das características requeridas pelo revestimento, esteúltimo consiste particularmente em uma liga de alumínio / silício, de zincopuro ou de uma liga de zinco.
Aços com altos teores de manganês, em virtude de suacombinação característica vantajosa de alta resistência de até 1.400 MPapor um lado e de alongamentos extremamente altos (alongamentosuniformes de até 70 % e alongamentos na ruptura de até 90 %) por outrolado, são basicamente adequados até um grau especial para uso naindústria de fabricação de veículos, em particular na indústria de veículosautomotivos. Aços, particularmente adequados para esta aplicaçãoespecífica, com altos teores de Mn de 7 % em peso até 30 % em peso sãoconhecidos, por exemplo, pelos documentos alemães DE 102 59 230 Al, DE197 27 759 C2 ou DE 199 00 199 Al. Os produtos planos fabricados comestes aços têm comportamento de deformação isotrópica com altaresistência e também são dúcteis à baixa temperatura.
No entanto, contrariando estas vantagens, os aços com teoresmais altos de Mn são suscetíveis à corrosão em pontos e podem ser apenaspassivados com dificuldade. Esta alta propensão, comparada a aços de ligasde menores teores, à corrosão localmente limitada porém intensiva napresença de maiores concentrações de íon cloreto torna difícil o uso de açosque pertencem ao grupo de material de aço em folha altamente ligado. Alémdisso, aços altamente manganíferos são suscetíveis à corrosão nasuperfície, que similarmente limita o espectro de uso dos mesmos.
Portanto, foi proposto também fornecer produtos planos de aço,que são fabricados partindo de aços altamente manganíferos, com umrevestimento metálico na maneira por si conhecida, que protege o aço contraataque corrosivo. Para esta finalidade, foram feitas tentativas de aplicar umrevestimento de zinco ao material do aço eletroliticamente. Embora estastentativas tenham levado a tiras revestidas de zinco, cujo material base emcada caso pode consistir no aço altamente ligado, que é protegido contracorrosão pelo revestimento metálico aplicado às mesmas, foi demonstradoque quando tal metal em folha é soldado, ocorrem problemas na areia dazona de soldagem, que são conhecidos na indústria pelo termo "fragilidadeda solda". Como uma conseqüência da soldagem os limites do grão nometal base estão infiltrados pelo material zinco liqüefeito do revestimento.
Esta infiltração faz com que o material na área circundante da zona desoldagem perca resistência e ductilidade até um ponto tal que a juntasoldada e/ou o metal em folha limítrofe à junta soldada não mais satisfazcompletamente os requisitos de estabilidade sob carga.
As tentativas para produzir metal em folha que sejasuficientemente resistente à corrosão e ao mesmo tempo tenha boaspropriedades de soldagem pelos processos conhecidos de revestimento porimersão a quente, permanecem sem sucesso, porque as tiras de açoaltamente ligado, em particular tais como com teores de Mn de mais do que6 % em peso, depois do recozimento que é essencial para a eficiência dorevestimento do metal por imersão a quente, são suscetíveis a uma forteoxidação na superfície. As superfícies de metal em folha, oxidadas de talmaneira, não podem mais ser umedecidas pelo revestimento metálico até ograu necessário de uniformidade e integridade, de modo que o objetivo daproteção total contra a corrosão na areia da superfície não pode ser atingidodesta maneira.
As possibilidades, conhecidas pelo espectro de aços que estãoaltamente ligados porém que têm menores teores de Mn, para melhorar amolhabilidade por aplicação de uma camada intermediária de Fé ou de Ni nocaso de folhas de aço que compreendam pelo menos 6 % em peso demanganês não levaram ao sucesso desejado.
Na base da técnica anterior descrita acima, o objetivo dainvenção consistiu em descrever um processo, que torne possível tambémfornecer tais tiras de aço, que até agora não podiam ser adequadamenterevestidas, com um revestimento metálico que garanta uma excelenteresistência à corrosão e boas propriedades de soldagem. Além disso, deviaser indicada uma tira de aço revestida, que possa ser facilmente soldadasem o risco de fragilidade da solda.
Em relação ao processo este objetivo foi alcançado pelo fato deque quando são revestidas tiras de aço, que compreendem em % em pesoC: < 1,6 %, Mn: 6 - 30 %, Al: < 10 %, Ni: < 10 %, Cr: < 10 %, Si: < 8 %,Cu: < 3 %, Nb: < 0,6 %, Ti: <0,3 %, V: < 0,3 %, P: < 0,1 %, B: < 0,01 %, orestante sendo ferro e impurezas inevitáveis, em que a tira de aço é sujeita arecozimento final e então revestida com um revestimento que consiste deum metal fundido,de acordo com a invenção é aplicada uma camada dealumínio à tira de aço antes do recozimento final, à qual o revestimento éaplicado depois do recozimento final.
De acordo com a invenção, antes da camada de concordânciado revestimento metálico que forma a camada real de proteção contracorrosão, é aplicada uma fina camada de alumínio à tira de aço querepresenta o material base.
No tratamento de recozimento essencial antes do revestimentosubseqüente de metal fundido, o ferro da tira de aço se difunde no alumínioaplicado de acordo com a invenção, de modo que durante o período detempo de recozimento, forma-se um depósito metálico, que consistesubstancialmente em Al e Fe, sobre a tira de aço, que então adereintimamente ao substrato formado por uma tira de aço. O alumínio que adereà tira de aço evita que a superfície da tira de aço seja oxidada durante orecozimento da tira de aço antes da aplicação de revestimento de metalfundido. Subseqüentemente, a camada de alumínio age como uma espéciede promotor de adesão de modo que o revestimento produzido pelo metalfundido fique aderido firmemente sobre a área total da superfície da tira deaço, até mesmo se a própria tira de aço, em conseqüência de sua formaçãode liga, apresente condições desvantajosas para tal.
Surpreendentemente, também foi demonstrado que a camadade alumínio, aplicada de acordo com a invenção entre a tira de aço e orevestimento, além dos efeitos já mencionados, tem a vantagem de quequando a folha de metal revestida de acordo com a invenção for soldada, elacontraria a fragilidade de soldagem temida na técnica anterior. Desse modo,a camada de alumínio em combinação com o revestimento aplicado depoisdisso evita que o material do revestimento metálico penetre na estrutura domaterial de aço durante a soldagem de modo que a sua resistência ouductilidade seja permanentemente prejudicada. O processo de acordo comainvenção para aplicação de revestimento em tira de aço torna possíveltambém fornecer tais tiras de aço, que não podem ser revestidasadequadamente com os processos conhecidos, com uma camada dasuperfície protetora contra corrosão metálica.
A camada intermediária de alumínio é de preferência aplicadapor meio do processo de aplicação de revestimento PVD inerentementeconhecido (PVD = deposição de vapor físico), em que o alumínio éevaporado e o vapor de alumínio que se desenvolve condensa-se sob vácuosobre a tira de aço a ser revestida, de modo que o alumínio é ali depositadocomo uma camada fina. A espessura da camada de alumínio aplicada sobrea tira de aço por revestimento PVD, neste caso, pode ser ajustada pelaquantidade de vapor de alumínio.
O processo de acordo com a invenção é igualmente adequadopara revestimento de tiras de aço, que estão presentes na condiçãolaminada a quente ou laminada a frio.
Um efeito suficiente do revestimento de acordo com a invençãoé sempre garantido se a espessura da camada intermediária de alumínio forde desde 50 nm até 1.000 nm.
O processo de aplicação de revestimento de acordo com ainvenção é particularmente adequado para tais tiras de aço, que estãoaltamente ligadas, para garantir características de grande resistência e bomalongamento. Conseqüentemente, o objetivo indicado acima em relação auma tira de aço, que tem um material base de aço que compreende em %em peso C: < 1,6 %, Mn: 6 - 30 %, Al: < 10 %, Ni: < 10 %, Cr: < 10 %, Si: <8%, Cu: < 3 %, Nb: < 0,6 %, Ti: < 0,3 %, V: < 0,3 %, P: < 0,1 %, B: < 0,01 %,o restante sendo ferro e impurezas inevitáveis e um revestimento metálicoaplicado à mesma, é alcançado de acordo com a invenção pelo fato de queuma camada intermediária, que consiste substancialmente em Al e Fe, estápresente entre o material base e o revestimento metálico. O produto de folhade aço revestido, fabricado desta maneira tem resistência otimizada àcorrosão e ao mesmo tempo boas propriedades de soldagem.
Neste caso, os efeitos obtidos pela invenção são particularmentegarantidos se a espessura da camada intermediária for de desde 50 nm até1.000 nm.
Os efeitos obtidos pela invenção funcionam particularmentefavoravelmente quando se revestem tiras de aço altamente ligadas, que têmum teor de manganês de pelo menos 6 % em peso. Desse modo, ummaterial base de aço, que em % em peso contém C: < 1,00 %, Mn: 20,0 -30,0 %, Al: < 0,5 %, Si: < 0,5 %, B: < 0,01 %, Ni: < 3,0 %, Cr: < 10,0 %, Cu:< 3,0 %, N: < 0,6 %, Nb: < 0,3 %, Ti: < 0,3 %, V: < 0,3 %, P: < 0,1 %, orestante sendo ferro e impurezas inevitáveis, pode ser revestidoparticularmente bem com um revestimento protetor contra corrosão, se esteestiver dotado de antemão com uma camada intermediário de alumínio peloprocesso de acordo com a invenção. O mesmo se aplica se for usado umaço como material base, que compreende em % em peso C: < 1,00 %, Mn:7,00 - 30,00 %, Al: 1,00 - 10,00 %, Si: > 2,50 - 8,00 % (em que a soma dosteores de Al e Si é > 3,50 - 12,00 %), B: < 0,01 %, Ni: < 8,00 %, Cu: < 3,00%, N: < 0,60 %, Nb: < 0,30 %, Ti: < 0,30 %, V: < 0,30 %, P: < 0,01 %, orestante sendo ferro e impurezas inevitáveis.
Evidentemente, para tais tiras de aço altamente manganíferas, ainvenção divulga uma maneira, que torna possível proteger estas tiras deaço de uma maneira econômica contra corrosão, de uma maneira tal queelas possam ser usadas para a produção de chassi na indústria defabricação de veículos, em particular na construção de veículos automotivos,onde elas são expostas a meios particularmente corrosivos em uso normal.
Como no caso de revestimento por imersão aquenteconvencional tanto as tiras de aço laminadas a quente como laminadas afrio podem ser revestidas pelo processo de acordo com a invenção.
Em particular, se tiras de aço altamente manganíferasprecisarem ser revestidas pelo processo de acordo com a invenção, foiprovado ser vantajoso se a temperatura de recozimento, quando orecozimento for realizado depois da aplicação da camada intermediária, formaior do que 680°C e no máximo de 900°C. Nesta faixa de temperatura, adifusão desejada do ferro da tira de aço para o revestimento aplicado deantemão é particularmente confiável, de modo que a adesão íntima dorevestimento sobre o substrato formado pela tira de aço é justamente tãoconfiável. Isto provou ser particularmente vantajoso se a camadaintermediária for aplicada por revestimento PVD.
Similar ao processo conhecido de revestimento por imersão aquente, o tratamento de recozimento da tira de aço revestida pelo processode acordo com a invenção deveria ocorrer em trânsito. O forno pararecozimento neste caso pode ser parte de uma planta de revestimento porimersão a quente por si conhecida.
O recozimento é de preferência realizado sob uma atmosfera degás inerte, também para manter, sob este aspecto, a um mínimo o risco deoxidação.
Dependendo da tecnologia disponível da planta e datemperatura de recozimento selecionada em cada caso, o período de tempode recozimento, se o recozimento for realizado depois da aplicação dacamada intermediária, devia ser de desde 30 segundos até 250 segundospara se obter o grau particular de difusão desejado de Fe da tira de aço parao revestimento. Isto prova ser particularmente vantajoso se a camadaintermediária for aplicada por revestimento PVD.Em relação à proteção contra corrosão e as propriedades desoldagem, o processo de acordo com a invenção demonstrou serparticularmente vantajoso se a camada de metal fundido aplicada à camadaintermediária de alumínio de acordo com a invenção consistir em uma ligade Al/Si, de alumínio puro, de zinco puro e/ou de uma liga de zinco.
Uma outra modalidade da invenção que melhora a adesão dacamada intermediária de alumínio à tira de aço é caracterizada pelo fato deque as superfícies da tira de aço são limpas antes da aplicação da camadaintermediária de alumínio.
Depois do revestimento de metal fundido, pode ser realizadalaminação de acabamento da maneira presentemente conhecida paraotimizar a qualidade da superfície e a rugosidade da tira revestida.

Um aço de alta resistência, que além de ferro e impurezasinevitáveis, como elementos essenciais para suas característicascompreendia em % em peso 20 % de Mn, 2,7 % de Al e 2,7 % de Si, foimoldado em placas e acabado em laminador da maneira convencional auma tira laminada a quente e subseqüentemente enrolada em espiral. A tiralaminada a quente obtida possuía uma resistência à tração Rm de 720 MPa eum alongamento A80 de 60 %.A tira laminada a quente obtida desta maneira foi então laminadaa frio em um primeiro estágio à tira laminada a frio com um esforço de 30 %.Então, seguiu-se o recozimento intermediário da tira laminada a frio,realizado a 900 °C. Depois do recozimento intermediário, a tira de aço Sobtida desta maneira foi laminada a frio em um estágio adicional até aespessura com um esforço de 40 %.
Depois da laminação a frio da superfície da tira laminada a friofoi limpa quimicamente no estado úmido, antes de entrar na planta derevestimento PVD.
Na planta de revestimento PVD foi aplicada uma camada dealumínio de 0,5 um de espessura à tira de aço S, por vapor contendoalumínio sendo dirigido sob vácuo sobre a superfície da tira de aço S e alidepositada.
Depois do revestimento PVD da tira com a camada de alumínio,a tira foi recozida em movimento em um forno de recozimento a 800°C comum período de tempo de trânsito de 60 segundos sob uma atmosfera de gásinerte que consiste em 5 % de H2, o resto N2. Ainda em movimento no fornode recozimento ocorreu resfriamento na atmosfera de gás inerte até umatemperatura de 660°C depois desta primeira fase de recozimento, em que atira de aço S a esta temperatura entrou em um banho de imersão a quentecomposto de liga de alumínio e silício.
Durante o período de tempo de tratamento de recozimento, oferro foi difundido do material de aço da tira de aço S para dentro da camadade alumínio aplicada à superfície por revestimento PVD, de modo que sedesenvolveu uma camada de AlFe que consiste substancialmente em Al eFe, que está intimamente ligada à tira de aço S e firmemente aderida àmesma (figura 1).
No banho de imersão a quente a tira de aço S que suporta acamada de AlFe foi revestida com uma camada de AISi. Como um resultadodos processos de difusão que ocorrem durante o período de tempo daaplicação de revestimento em imersão a quente, neste caso, foi formado umrevestimento intermediário de AlFeSi, que consiste substancialmente de Al,Fe e Si. A espessura desta camada intermediária de AlFeSi é maior do quea espessura da camada de AlFe que adere diretamente à superfície da tirade aço S, no entanto, substancialmente menor do que a espessura dacamada de AISi depositada externamente, que consiste substancialmenteem Al e Si (figura 1).
Depois que a tira de aço S revestida de uma tal maneira foiremovida do banho de imersão a quente, a espessura do revestimento foiajustada da maneira conhecida por meio de um sistema de extração a jato.Subseqüentemente, a tira de aço S revestida foi esfriada e sujeita àlaminação de acabamento para otimizar o acabamento da sua superfície. Atira de aço S revestida obtida foi então lubrificada e enrolada em espiralpronta para despacho.
A figura 2 apresenta em vista plana um corte da folha de açorevestida pelo processo de acordo com a invenção descrito acima. Aaplicação completa sólida e uniforme do revestimento pode ser claramentereconhecida.
Finalmente, a figura 3 apresenta o resultado de um teste deimpacto de bola realizado sobre a folha de aço S. Este demonstra a adesãomuito boa da estrutura do revestimento, formado com as camadas de AlFe,AlFeSi e AISi, à tira de aço S. Desse modo, não precisa ser reconhecidaformação de flocos ou danos comparáveis.
Em contraste a isto para comparação, a figura 4 apresenta a tirade aço V em vista no plano, com a qual é formada liga exatamente damesma maneira que com a tira de aço S. Até o estágio de aplicação PVD dacamada de alumínio também foi processado da mesma maneira que como atira de aço S. Ao mesmo tempo, entretanto, é evidente pela figura 4 que atira de aço V não tem virtualmente revestimento algum depois do final doprocesso de tratamento.
Claims (14)
1. Processo para o revestimento de tiras de aço quecompreende, em % em peso C: < 1,6 %, Mn: 6 - 30 %, Al: < 10 %, Ni: < 10%, Cr: < 10 %, Si: < 8 %, Cu: < 3 %, Nb: < 0,6 %, Ti: < 0,3 %, V: < 0,3 %, P: <-0,1 %, B: < 0,01 %, N: < 1,0 %, o restante sendo ferro e impurezasinevitáveis, em que a tira de aço é sujeita a recozimento final e entãorevestida com um revestimento que consiste em um metal fundido,caracterizado pelo fato de que é aplicada uma camada de alumínio à tira deaço antes do recozimento final, à qual o revestimento é aplicado depois dorecozimento final.
2. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelofato de que a espessura da camada de alumínio é de desde 50 nm até 1.000nm.
3. Processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicaçõesanteriores, caracterizado pelo fato de que a temperatura de recozimentodurante o recozimento final realizado depois da aplicação da camada dealumínio, é mais alta do que 680°C e no máximo 900°C.
4. Processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicaçõesanteriores, caracterizado pelo fato de que o período de tempo derecozimento durante o recozimento final é de desde 30 segundos até 250segundos.
5. Processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicaçõesanteriores, caracterizado pelo fato de que o metal fundido é aplicado porrevestimento por imersão a quente.
6. Processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicaçõesanteriores, caracterizado pelo fato de que o metal fundido, aplicado depoisdo revestimento final, consiste em uma liga de Al/Si, de Al e/ou de zinco oude uma liga de zinco.
7. Processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicaçõesanteriores, caracterizado pelo fato de que as superfícies da tira de aço sãolimpas antes da aplicação do revestimento.
8. Processo de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicaçõesanteriores, caracterizado pelo fato de que a camada de alumínio é aplicadapor revestimento PVD.
9. Tira de aço, que tem um material base de aço, quecompreende em % em peso C: < 1,6 %, Mn: 6 - 30 %, Al: < 10 %, Ni: < 10 %,Cr: < 10 %, Si: < 8 %, Cu: < 3 %, Nb: < 0,6 %, Ti: < 0,3 %, V: < 0,3 %, P: <-0,1 %, B: < 0,01 %, N: <1,0 %, o restante sendo ferro e impurezasinevitáveis e um revestimento metálico aplicado à mesma, caracterizadopelo fato de que uma camada intermediária, que consiste substancialmenteem Al e Fe, está presente entre o material base e o revestimento.
10. Tira de aço de acordo com a reivindicação 9, caracterizadapelo fato de que a espessura da camada intermediária está limitada a 50 nmaté 1.000 nm.
11. Tira de aço de acordo com a reivindicação 9 ou 10,caracterizada pelo fato de que o revestimento é formado por uma liga deAl/Si, de Al, de Zn ou de uma liga de Zn.
12. Tira de aço de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações-9 a 11, caracterizada pelo fato de que o material base tem a seguintecomposição em % em peso:C: < 1,00 %,Mn: 20,0 - 30,0 %,Al: < 0,5%,Si: < 0,5 %,B: < 0,01 %,Ni: < 3,0%,Cr: < 10,0%,Cu:<3,0%,N: < 0,6 %,Nb: < 0,3 %,Ti: < 0,3 %,V:<0,3%,P: < 0,1 %,o restante sendo ferro e impurezas inevitáveis.
13. Tira de aço de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações-9 a 11, caracterizada pelo fato de que o material base tem a seguintecomposição em % em peso:C:<1,00%,Mn: 7,00 - 30,00 %,Al: 1,00- 10,00%,Si: > 2,50 - 8,00 %,com teores de Al + Si > 3,50 - 12,00 %,B: < 0,01 %,Ni: < 8,00%,Cu:<3,00%,N: < 0,60 %,Nb:<0,30%,Ti: < 0,30 %,V:<0,30%,P: < 0,01 %,o restante sendo ferro e impurezas inevitáveis.
14. Tira de aço de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações-9 a 13 produzida usando-se o processo desenvolvido de acordo comqualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 8.
