Abstract

MéTODO PARA O CONTROLE DE EMISSõES DE NO~ x~ NAS FCCU. São propostos processos para a redução de emissões de NO~ x~ de uma zona de regeneração durante um fracionamento catalítico de leito fluidificado de um estoque de alimentação de hidrocarbonetos em componentes de peso molecular mais baixo. Os processos compreendem, durante um processo de fracionamento catalítico de leito fluidificado (FCC) em que são liberadas emissões de NO~ x~ de uma zona de regeneração de uma unidade de fracionamento catalítico de leito fluidificado (FCCU) operando em condições de FCC de modo de combustão heterogêneo, colocar-se um estoque de alimentação de hidrocarbonetos em contato com um inventário circulante de um catalisador de fracionamento de FCC e uma composição redutora de NO~ x~. A composição redutora de NO~ x~ compreende: (1) pelo menos um componente de espécie reduzida de nitrogênio que tem a capacidade de reduzir o teor de espécie reduzida de nitrogênio em nitrogênio molecular em condições de FCC redutora ou de combustão parcial e (2) pelo menos um componente redutor de NO~ x~ tendo a capacidade de converter NO~ x~ em nitrogênio molecular em condições oxidantes ou de FCC de combustão total. A espécie reduzida de nitrogênio e os componentes redutores de NO~ x~ não aumentam significativamente o teor de espécie reduzida de nitrogênio ou de NO~ x~ em qualquer modo de combustão durante um processo FCC.
