Abstract

PLACAS ELETROLìTICAS DE AçO INOXIDáVEL. é provida uma placa de cátodo de aço inoxidável substancialmente permanente (1) adequada para uso na refinação elétrica de cátodos de metal, o cátodo sendo composto de um aço dúplex com baixo teor de níquel ou um aço do tipo "304" inferior, em que a aderência operacional de uma eletrodeposição sobre a mesma é possibilitada mediante alteração de diversas qualidades da superfície de cátodo. Também é provido um método de produzir as placas catódicas do Tipo 304 ou dúplex mencionadas acima, de tal modo que a aderência operacional desejada do depósito sobre a placa não é tão forte de modo a impedir que o depósito de metal seja removido durante manejo subseqúente.
