Abstract

"FORNO DE CONVECçãO DE ALTA VELOCIDADE". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de aquecimento por convecção capaz de prover um cozimento efetivo à alta velocidade sem o auxílio de energia de microondas. O aparelho de forno inclui um gabinete externo, uma porta, e uma câmara de cozimento apresentando paredes laterais internas, uma parede traseira, e uma chapa de jato inferior. O forno adicionalmente inclui um soprador para circular gás através da chapa de jato inferior para a câmara de cozimento. Além disso, o forno inclui um suporte de produto disposto dentro da câmara acima da dita chapa de jato interior. O suporte de produto é disposto em um trilho que é posicionado para prender a chapa de jato inferior no lugar quando a circulação do ar através da mesma. Opcionalmente, o forno adicionalmente inclui uma chapa de jato superior disposta da câmara de cozimento acima do suporte de produto. O gás por temperatura é circulado através da chapa de jato superior na direção do suporte de produto e de qualquer produto alimentício disposto no suporte de produto. O forno pode também incluir um meio para imprimir ao suporte de produto durante as operações de cozimento a fim de prover um cozimento mais uniforme de um produto alimentício.
