Abstract

NANO-PCR: MéTODOS E DISPOSITIVOS PARA AMPLIFICAçãO E DETECçãO DE áCIDO NUCLéICO. São descritos métodos, dispositivos e composições que fornecem a amplificação de seqüências de ácido nucléico sem confiança no ciclo de temperatura, assim liberando os métodos de dispositivos convencionais de ciclos térmicos de benchtop. A desnaturação de ácidos nucléicos de filamento duplo, anelamento de iniciadores, e controle preciso sobre a extensão de iniciador por polimerase pode ser realizado por aplicação de estresse a um ácido nucléico.
