Abstract

monofilamento e método de utilização do mesmo e malha para hérnia e respectivo método de preparação a presente invenção refere-se a monofilamento com uma estrutura em torta segmentada formada por fiação conjugada de polímeros degradáveis e polímeros não degradáveis, a malha para hérnia que apresenta flexibilidade e biocompatibilidade aperfeiçoadas e a método para a preparação desta. mais especificamente, a malha para hérnia da presente invenção, que apresenta flexibilidade e biocompatibilidade aperfeiçoadas, é preparada pela utilização do monofilamento obtido por fiação conjugada de polímeros degradáveis e polímeros não degradáveis numa forma de torta segmentada, para que seja gradualmente degradada no corpo, pelo que a rigidez do estágio inicial é eliminada e, desta forma, é eliminada também a sensação de corpo estranho.
