Abstract

"DISPOSITIVOS E MéTODOS QUE AUMENTAM A TAXA DE REPRODUçãO DE CéLULAS VIVAS EM SUSPENSãO OU DE QUAISQUER ORGANISMOS CULTIVáVEIS PELO PROCESSO DE SELEçãO NATURAL E PARA O CRESCIMENTO DE CéLULAS VIVAS DE UMA MANEIRA CONTìNUA" São descritos métodos e dispositivo que aumentam a taxa de reprodução (pela maior velocidade de reprodução e/ou maior rendimento produtivo) de células vivas em suspensão ou de quaisquer organismos cultiváveis pelo processo de seleção natural, o dito dispositivo compreendendo: a) um tubo flexível estéril (7) contendo meio de cultura, b) um sistema de barreiras móveis (grampos) (3,4,5) que dividem o tubo (7) em regiões separadas contendo cultura usada (região à jusante), cultura em crescimento (câmara de crescimento) e meio de cultura fresco (região à montante), c) um mecanismo de movimentação das barreiras e da tubulação (13) de maneira tal que uma parte da câmara de crescimento e de cultura associada possam ser pres e separada da câmara de crescimento, e de maneira tal que uma parte da tubulação fresca contendo meio não usado possa ser unida com uma parte da cultura e meio associado já presente na câmara de crescimento.
