Abstract

"PARTìCULAS, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE PARTìCULAS, E, USO DAS PARTìCULAS" As partículas compreendem um núcleo de carbonato de cálcio e um revestimento que cobre pelo menos parte da superfície do núcleo, sendo que o revestimento é realizado em pelo menos duas etapas distintas e consecutivas, sendo que cada etapa usa um agente de revestimento diferente. O agente de revestimento usado na primeira etapa é, de preferência, um ácido graxo e o agente de revestimento na segunda etapa é, de preferência, um diol ou um triol. As partículas podem ser usadas como uma carga funcional, i.e. em formulações de plastissóis.
