Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM CABO, E, CABO. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de um cabo que compreende as seguintes etapas: (a) transportar pelo menos um condutor para um aparelho extrusor; (b) extrusar uma camada de revestimento isolante radialmente externa ao dito pelo menos um condutor; (e) dobrar, longitudinalmente, uma fita de metal em tomo da dita camada de revestimento isolante extrusada, a dita fita de metal suportando pelo menos uma camada de revestimento adesiva em uma posição radialmente externa; (e) extrusar pelo menos uma camada de revestimento contínua compreendendo pelo menos uma poliamida ou um copolímero desta em torno de e em contato com a dita fita de metal dobrada; em que a etapa (e) é realizada em uma relação de estiramento (DDR) não maior que 2,5, preferivelmente de 1,2 a 2,0.
