Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the simple cheap wound core by molding a metallic plate in a rolled shape. CONSTITUTION:The outside diameter of the wound core 11 is made larger than the desired inside diameter of a coil body through springback. The wound core is mounted to a coil winder, overlapping sections are fast stuck, the degree of a true circle is brought to the maximum condition, and the wound core is molded in the rolled shape to obtain desired size and bound. A prepropylene film having excellent extensibility for mold release is wound several times, and a base material and a conductor are wound. When binding is released and the whole is dried preparatorily at approximately 180 deg.C under a condition that the film is wound on the wound core 11, the base material is thermally shrunk to tighten a coil body, and the wound core is expanded from its inner surface through the springback. Accordingly, the wound core and the coil body are fixed strongly. The whole surfaces of an outer circumference and a lower end surface are sealed, and resin is injected and impregnated from an upper end surface and thermally cured. Lastly, the outside diameter of the wound core 11 is contracted, and the wound core is extracted. The wound core is light, structure is simple and extraction is easy.
