Abstract

ESTIMATIVA DE CANAL E TRANSMISSãO PILOTO PARA UM SISTEMA OFDM COM ESPALHAMENTO DE RETARDO EXCESSIVO. São descritas técnicas de transmissão piloto e estimativa de canal para um sistema OFDM com espalhamento de retardo excessivo. Para reduzir os efeitos prejuciciais do excesso de espalhamento de retardo, o número de sub-bandas piloto é maior do que o comprimento do prefixo cíclico. Tal "sobre-amostragem" pode ser conseguida pela utilização de mais sub-bandas piloto em cada período de símbolos ou diferentes conjuntos de sub-bandas piloto em diferentes períodos de símbolos. Em uma técnica de estimativa de canal, são obtidos um primeiro e um segundo grupos de símbolos piloto recebidos para um primeiro e um segundo conjuntos de sub-bandas piloto, respectivamente, que são utilizados para derivar uma primeira e uma segunda estimativas de resposta de freqüência, respectivamente. Uma primeira e uma segunda estimativas de resposta de impulso são derivadas com base nas primeira e segunda estimativas de resposta de freqüência, respectivamente, e são utilizadas para derivar uma terceira estimativa de resposta de impulso possuindo mais derivações do que número de sub-bandas piloto em qualquer dos conjuntos.
