Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO DE RANHURA ANULAR DE ANEL DE SEGMENTO PARA êMBOLOS DE MOTORES DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A invenção refere-se a uma disposição de ranhura anular de anel de segmento para êmbolos de motores de combustão interna com uma lamela (1) provida de flancos paralelos, cuja superfície de rolamento (h) apresenta uma forma abauladamente assimétrica com uma linha de vórtice (3) se estendendo pela periferia da lamela, sendo que a lamela está disposta em uma ranhura anular (7) do êmbolo com um flanco de ranhura anular (6) oposto ao lado de fundo do êmbolo e um (5) voltado para o lado do fundo do êmbolo. De acordo com a invenção, frente ao estado atual da técnica conhecido deve ser obtido um efeito de separação de óleo aperfeiçoado com reduzido atrito e um reduzido desgaste da superfície de rolamento, o que é alcançado pelo fato de que ao menos um dos flancos de ranhura anular (5, 6) se estende inclinado a um ângulo (<244>, <225>) para com o eixo do êmbolo (10) radialmente para fora até ao diâmetro externo do êmbolo, sendo que a superfície de rolamento (h) da lamela (1) está de tal maneira configurada que corresponde a um contorno externo de desgaste iminente no estado de ativação do motor, e sendo que, no estado montado do anel de segmento (1) no êmbolo a linha de vértice (3) da superfície de rolamento (h) está disposta no sentido do flanco de ranhura anular (6) oposto ao lado de fundo do êmbolo.
