Abstract

"ANEL DE SEGMENTO PARA êMBOLOS DE MOTORES DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A invenção refere-se a um anel de segmento para êmbolos de motores de combustão interna, consistindo em uma lamela (1), cuja superfície de rolamento (h) apresenta uma forma abauladamente assimétrica com uma linha de vértice (3) se estendendo pela periferia da lamela, sendo que a lamela (1) está disposta em uma ranhura anular (7) do êmbolo com um flanco de ranhura anular (5) disposto respectivamente paralelo entre si, oposto ao lado do fundo do êmbolo e voltado para o lado do fundo do êmbolo. De acordo com a invenção, frente ao estado atual da técnica conhecido deve ser obtido um melhor efeito de separação de óleo com atrito reduzido e um reduzido desgaste da superfície de rolamento pelo fato de que os flancos de lamela (2, 2<39>) se estendem radialmente externamente até a superfície de rolamento (h) de tal maneira convergentes entre si a um ângulo (a) que, quando do encosto de um dos flancos no flanco de ranhura anular (5) voltado para o lado do fundo do êmbolo, a lamela apenas com a linha de vértice se encontra em contato com a parede de cilindro (8) e, quando do encosto de um dos flancos de lamela no flanco de ranhura anular (6) oposto ao lado do fundo do êmbolo a lamela apenas com um primeiro segmento (I) da superfície de rolamento (h) se encontra em contato com a parede de cilindro, sendo que a superfície de rolamento (h) em seção transversal em um primeiro segmento (I) segue a forma assimétrica de um polinómio de 2<a> ordem com h(x)= ax + bX¬ 2¬, sendo que x = coordenadas de superfície de rolamento no sistema de coordenadas cartesiano em mm, e a, b coeficientes, com a definido pela relação da folga axial de flancos as lamelas para com a largura das lamelas; b definido como valor da curvatura de superfície de rolamento; um vértice (II) h(x=0) de sustentação, executado como aresta, e em um terceiro segmento (III) segue a forma assimétrica da função h(x) = cx¬ 2¬, com c como um múltiplo de b.
