Abstract

"SISTEMA PARA FABRICAçãO ULTRA-SÈNICA, APOIO PARA CORNETA ULTRA-SÈNICA, E, MéTODO PARA MONTAR UMA CORNETA ULTRA-SÈNICA". Um conjunto de soldagem ultra-sónica é revelado. O conjunto inclui uma corneta vibratória e pelo menos um apoio prendendo a cometa. A cometa tem uma freqüência ressonante e o apoio tem uma freqüência ressonante ao redor da mesma freqüência da corneta. O apoio inclui uma porção interna que retém a cometa em uma região nodal. O apoio inclui também uma superfície externa que é acoplada a um membro de apoio, por exemplo, um mancal. O apoio vibra em ressonância com a corneta na freqüência ressonante, onde a amplitude de vibração da superfície externa do apoio é, geralmente, de até cerca de 15 por cento da amplitude de vibração da porção interna.
