Claims (20)
- 基部要素と、
前記基部要素から外側に延在し、外部軸受面を画定する1対のフランジと、
前記基部要素から内側に延在し、内部軸受面を画定する装着要素と、を具備し、
前記内部軸受面が所定の周波数で駆動されるとき、前記外部軸受面がノードである、超音波ホーン用のマウント。 - 前記装着要素が前記所定の周波数で駆動されるとき、前記外部軸受面の変位は前記内部軸受面の変位の2%未満である、請求項1に記載のマウント。
- 前記フランジは、前記基部要素から垂直以外の角度で延在する、請求項2に記載のマウント。
- 前記外部軸受面は、前記基部要素に略平行である、請求項3に記載のマウント。
- 前記所定の周波数は、前記マウントの固有周波数である、請求項1に記載のマウント。
- 前記マウントは、1つの部片材料から構成された一体構造を有する、請求項1に記載のマウント。
- 所定の周波数で共振するホーンと、
略前記所定の周波数で共振するマウントとを具備し、
前記マウントは、前記ホーンが前記所定の周波数におけるノードを有する点で前記ホーンに取付けられ、
前記マウントは、内部軸受面を有する回転固体である、超音波発生システム。 - 前記ホーンは回転ホーンである、請求項7に記載の超音波発生システム。
- 前記ホーンは、前記内部軸受面に直接連結される、請求項7に記載の超音波発生システム。
- 前記マウントは前記ホーンに焼嵌めされる、請求項9に記載の超音波発生システム。
- 前記マウントは、基部要素、前記基部要素から外側に延在する1対のフランジ、および前記基部要素から内側に延在する装着要素を具備する、請求項7に記載の超音波発生システム。
- 前記フランジは外部軸受面を有し、前記外部軸受面は前記所定の周波数におけるノードである、請求項11に記載の超音波発生システム。
- 前記装着要素が前記所定の周波数で駆動されるとき、前記外部軸受面の変位は内部軸受面の変位の2%未満である、請求項12に記載の超音波発生システム。
- 超音波ホーンの装着方法であって、
所定の周波数で共振するホーンを用意することと、
前記ホーンが前記所定の周波数におけるノードを有する点で、略前記所定の周波数で共振するマウントを前記ホーンに取付けることと、を含み、
前記マウントは、内部軸受面を有する回転固体である、装着方法。 - 前記ホーンは回転ホーンである、請求項14に記載の装着方法。
- 前記ホーンが前記内部軸受面と接触するように、前記マウントが前記ホーンに取付けられる、請求項14に記載の装着方法。
- 前記マウントは焼嵌めによって前記ホーンに取付けられる、請求項16に記載の装着方法。
- 前記マウントは、基部要素、前記基部要素から外側に延在する1対のフランジ、および前記基部要素から内側に延在する装着要素を具備する、請求項14に記載の装着方法。
- 前記フランジは外部軸受面を有し、前記外部軸受面は前記所定の周波数におけるノードである、請求項18に記載の装着方法。
- 前記装着要素が前記所定の周波数で駆動されるとき、前記外部軸受面の変位は内部軸受面の変位の2%未満である、請求項19に記載の装着方法。
