Claims (2)
- 長手軸と外面と該外面上の軸方向変位振動ノードとを有する振動要素のための装着システムであって、
分離面、分離本体および係合部分を有する分離部材を具備し、
前記係合部分は、前記分離本体に移動不能に固定され、前記分離面に対し径方向反対側の点で前記分離本体から径方向内側に延びて、前記振動要素の前記外面に係合し、
前記振動要素の径方向変位が、前記係合部分によって前記分離面から実質的に遮断されていて、
前記分離部材が前記振動要素の周囲に同心状に延在しており、かつ前記分離部材は、
前記係合部分を形成する複数の係合部材をさらに具備し、それら係合部材が、前記振動要素から延在し、前記振動要素の周りで周方向へ等距離に配置され、それぞれが軸方向ノードにて前記振動要素の前記外面に締まりばめされている、
装着システム。 - 環状外面を有する回転超音波要素上に装着システムを形成するための方法であって、
分離面、分離本体および係合部分を有する分離部材に、前記係合部分を形成する複数の係合部材を形成することと、
前記環状外面の周りに径方向へ前記分離部材を配置することと、
前記環状外面上の軸方向変位振動ノード位置において前記環状外面と前記係合部材とを締まりばめすることと、
前記超音波要素の前記環状外面に対して同心となるように前記分離部材の外面を機械加工することと、を含む方法。
