Abstract

"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE UMA POLIURETANO URéIA, POLìMERO DE POLIURETANO URéIA, MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE FIBRA DE SPANDEX E SPANDEX". O spandex comercialmente aceitável pode ser preparado com maior eficiência, maior consistência e a custos mais baixos a partir de uma solução de polímero de poliuretano uréia de elevado teor de sólidos. A poliuretano uréia é preparada ao utilizar uma combinação de 4,4<39>-MDI e 2,4<39>-MDI, e uma quantidade de extensores de cadeia e terminadores de cadeia tal que a solução de polímero, antes da fiação, é altamente solúvel e tem uma VI pré-fiação e um teor de amina primária apropriados.
