Abstract

"PNEU COM REVESTIMENTO PARA APERFEIçOAMENTO DE RUìDO". Um pneu, 10, tem uma banda de rodagem externa e um revestimento interno com uma estrutura de correia, 16 e 17, a estrutura de correia incluindo uma lona de revestimento, 18, 30 e 60, reforçada por cordonéis paralelos orientados em sentido circunferente que têm uma largura W entre as bordas laterais mais externas, a lona de revestimento 18, 30 e 60 tendo um padrão de cortes, 22, dentro de segmentos descontínuos, 19. Cada segmento 19 tem um padrão repetido de cortes 22 disposto em seis fileiras, R~ 1~-R~ 6~. Cada corte 22 é afastado pelo menos 100 mm de um corte em uma fileira adjacente e é deslocado em sentido lateral de um corte adjacente por pelo menos 3 mm, esta distância sendo menor que a largura de corte, de modo a se assegurar que cada cordonel de revestimento seja cortado. As extensões de cordonel de revestimento dentro das respectivas fileiras são de qualquer comprimento L na faixa de 200 até 500 mm. O passo de corte dentro das respectivas fileiras é de qualquer porcentagem P da circunferência do pneu na faixa de 8 a 30%. o deslocamento circunferente entre dois segmentos 19 adjacentes é de qualquer porcentagem 0 da circunferência do pneu na faixa de 0,5 até 2%. O padrão de corte da modalidade preferida da invenção tem o padrão de corte disposto nas seis fileiras de 0, 53, 21, 89, 34 e 72 por cento, respectivamente, do passo de corte P do cordonel com relação à fileira R~ 1~ e repetido dentro de cada fileira com o comprimento de corte P, em que a porcentagem de passo de corte P é 20,9%. O deslocamento circunferente 0 entre dois segmentos 19 adjacentes, expresso em porcentagem de M, é 1,16%. O comprimento L dos cordonéis de revestimento definido por L = P* M, onde M é o perímetro do pneu medido na linha central do pneu em milímetros.
