Abstract

"CORREIA COM NERVURAS EM V AMORTECIDA COM TECIDO". A presente invenção é direcionada para uma correia com nervuras em forma de V. A correia possui uma seção de compressão, uma seção de tensão e uma seção de carregamento de carga compreendendo cordões de reforço longitudinais entre a seção de compressão e a seção de tensão. A seção de compressão possui pelo menos uma camada de tecido e uma pluralidade de sulcos de extensão longitudinal formando nervuras de extensão longitudinal. A camada de tecido é distanciada da superfície mais externa das nervuras de extensão longitudinal e o calibre não tratado de cada camada de tecido está na faixa de 0,20 a 1,0 mm, com uma faixa preferida de 0,25 a 0,75 mm.
