Description
図を参照しながら、本発明の第1実施形態に係る航空機用タイヤ10(以下、タイヤ10と記載する)について説明する。なお、図中矢印TWはタイヤ10の回転軸と平行な方向(以下、適宜「タイヤ幅方向」と記載する。)を示し、矢印TRはタイヤ幅方向と直交してタイヤ10の回転軸を通る径方向(以下、適宜「タイヤ径方向」と記載する。)を示す。また、矢印TCはタイヤ10の回転軸を中心とする円の円周方向(以下、適宜「タイヤ周方向」と記載する。)を示す。さらに、図中CLは赤道面(タイヤ10の軸方向中心を通りタイヤの回転軸に垂直な面)を示す。
本実施形態に係るタイヤ10の効果を確認するため、3種類の実施例のタイヤと、比較例のタイヤの計4種類のタイヤを用意して試験を実施した。以下に試験に用いた実施例のタイヤ及び比較例のタイヤについて説明する。なお、試験に用いたタイヤのサイズは、全てAPR30×8.8R15のものを使用し、内圧は正規内圧(1500kPa)に設定されたものを用いた。また、各タイヤのベルト保護層20には、第1実施形態のタイヤ10と同じ位置に第1切断部36を形成しており、第2切断部38は形成せずに試験を実施した。
実施例1:第1切断部36をタイヤ周方向に等間隔で8箇所に形成したタイヤ。
実施例2:第1切断部36をタイヤ周方向に等間隔で12箇所に形成したタイヤ。
実施例3:第1切断部36をタイヤ周方向に等間隔で24箇所に形成したタイヤ。
比較例 :第1切断部36が形成されていない従来のタイヤ。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係るタイヤ50について説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同様の構成については同じ符号を付し、説明を省略する。本実施形態のタイヤ50は、図1及び図2に記載された第1実施形態のタイヤ10と同じ内部構造であり、ベルト保護層20の切断箇所を第1実施形態のタイヤ10と異ならせたものである。
Claims (4)
- カーカスよりタイヤ径方向外側に設けられたベルト層と、
トレッド部と前記ベルト層との間にタイヤ周方向に巻き付けられると共に、タイヤ幅方向に切断された切断部を備え、該切断部がタイヤ周方向に等間隔で形成されたシート状のベルト保護部材と、を有し、
前記トレッド部は、タイヤ周方向に延びる複数の周方向溝で区画された陸部を備え、
前記ベルト保護部材は、前記陸部と同じ幅で切断されている航空機用タイヤ。 - 前記トレッド部は複数の前記陸部を備え、
隣り合う前記陸部内に位置する前記ベルト保護部材は、互いにタイヤ周方向の異なる位置で切断されている請求項1に記載の航空機用タイヤ。 - 広幅の前記陸部内に位置する前記ベルト保護部材は、狭幅の前記陸部内に位置する前記ベルト保護部材よりタイヤ周方向に狭いピッチで切断されている請求項2に記載の航空機用タイヤ。
- 前記ベルト保護部材は、タイヤ幅方向を振幅方向として波形状に延びる複数の波形コードを含んでいる請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の航空機用タイヤ。
