Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE JANTES PARA RODAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de uma jante de roda com os seguintes passos: uma tira de metal retangular - com uma espessura uniforme predefinida - é laminada a frio por meio de cilindros cónicos para formar um anel circular parcial, sendo que a redução da espessura no lado externo da tira curvada é de pelo menos 20% e a circunferência do anel circular parcial fica entre 130<198> a 310<198>, de preferência, em 180<198>, em seguida é gerada uma bandagem cónica por meio de arredondamento cujas extremidades são juntadas por meio de solda, em seguida é formado o fundo da jante por meio de deformação.
