Abstract

"CONSTRUçãO E MéTODO PARA A UNIãO DE UMAPLURALIDADE DE MEMBROS DE AçO UTILIZANDO ANéIS DECISALHAMENTO". A presente invenção se refere a umaconstrução e método para a união de membros de aço utilizandoanéis de cisalhamento, para a obtenção de uma construção deunião à qual uma força de cisalhamento real pode ser aplicada,melhorando as condições de usinagem, a resistência da união esua durabilidade, e reduzindo o material necessário. A construçãotem pelo menos um primeiro membro de aço e pelo menos umsegundo membro de aço unidos em sobreposição erespectivamente tendo pelo menos uma abertura de cavilha e pelomenos uma ranhura anular, e pelo menos um anel de cisalhamentoinserido na ranhura anular de ambos o primeiro membro de aço edo segundo membro de aço para impedir um deslizamento entre oprimeiro membro de aço e do segundo membro de aço. A ranhuraanular é formada em cada uma de superfícies de contato doprimeiro membro de aço e do segundo membro de aço, e aabertura de cavilha tem um primeiro espaço livre enquanto aranhura anular do pelo menos um do primeiro membro de aço e dosegundo membro de aço tem um segundo espaço livre menor queo primeiro espaço livre. O segundo espaço livre permite umadeformação ou um deslocamento do primeiro membro de aço e dosegundo membro de aço contra uma força de montagem pelacavilha e a porca até a cavilha entra em contato com uma paredelateral da abertura de cavilha.
