Abstract

Patente da Invenção: "Pó DE LEITE CREMOSO SOLúVEL AROMATIZADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um pó de leite cremoso solúvel aromatizado. As partículas de leite cremoso são formadas de uma matriz de proteínas, gorduras, carboidratos e um sistema de aroma. O sistema de aroma é formado de componentes de aroma de café aquosos e sólidos de café solúvel. Os sólidos de café solúvel estabilizam os componentes de aroma de café aquosos instáveis. O pó de leite cremoso pode ser usado em pós para bebida de café solúveis.
