Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA A SOLDAGEM DE TUBOS JUNTOS"<D>. Trata-se de um aparelho e um método de formação de uma tubulação marítima profunda ou uma tubulação que atravessa o país por meio da soldagem de tubos juntos para formar a tubulação. Dois tubos (2, 4) são dispostos de tal modo que suas extremidades (26, 27) definem uma ranhura em ângulo (menos que 10 graus) estreita que se estende circunferencialmente (28), pelo menos dois maçaricos de soldagem a arco (1) são dispostos diretamente adjacentes um ao outro em um único veículo que se move em torno dos tubos para formar um sistema de soldagem a arco. Os arcos dos maçaricos (1) formam uma solda (3) na ranhura. O veículo é movido em torno do tubo, sendo que assim os maçaricos se movem em torno do tubo com a mesma velocidade. Cada maçarico 91) é oscilado independentemente tal que a posição de seu arco oscila entre as paredes da ranhura. Os arcos são guiados automaticamente por um sistema de orientação eletrónico, em que as características elétricas (tais como corrente ou voltagem do arco) da soldagem de cada maçarico (1) com relação a cada tubo (2, 4), respectivamente, são verificadas e é feita uma comparação entre as características elétricas com relação a um dos tubos com as respectivas características elétricas relativas ao outro dos tubos. A posição de um arco de um maçarico (1) pode ser alinhada com a linha de centro da ranhura (28).
