Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE COPOLIMERIZAçãO DE OLEFINAS COM HAFNOCENOS LIGADOS POR PONTES"<D>. A invenção refere-se a processos de polimerização de olefinas usando complexos de catalisadores de hafnoceno ligados por pontes que são surpreendentemente estáveis sob processos de polimerização de olefinas à alta temperatura tal que copolímeros de olefinas podem ser preparados com altos pesos moleculares e atividades catalíticas. Mais especificamente, a invenção é um processo de polimerização para copolímeros de etileno que apresentam um índice de fusão de cerca de 0,850 a cerca de 0,930, processo este que compreende contactar, sob condições homogêneas de polimerização a uma temperatura de reação sob ou acima de 60°C a 225°C, etileno e um ou mais comonómeros capazes de polimerização por inserção com um complexo de catalisador de hafnoceno ligados por pontes derivado de: A) um composto organometálico de bisciclopentadienil háfnio que apresenta: i) pelo menos um ligante ciclopentadienila não-substituída ou ligante ciclopentadienila substituída com anel aromático fundido; ii) um ligante ciclopentadienila substituída com anel aromático fundido; iii) e uma ponte covalente que conecta os dois ligantes ciclopentadienila, ponte esta que compreende um único átomos de carbono ou silício com dois grupos arila, cada um substituído com um grupo C~ 1~-C~ 20~ hidrocarbila ou hidrocarbilsilila pelo menos um dos quais é um substituinte C~ 3~ linear ou superior; e B) um co-catalisador de ativação.
