Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>áCIDO SILìCICO PRECIPITADO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a ácido silícico precipitado que apresenta os seguintes parâmetros: Superfície de BET 80 - 180 m^ 2^/g Superfície de CTAB 80 - 139 m^ 2^/g Razão BET/CTAB 1,0 - 1,6 No. de Sears 5 - 25 ml (consumo de NaOH 0,1 N) No. de DBP 200 - 300 ml/100g Teor de Al~ 2~O~ 3~ < 5% Coeficiente de trabalho < 3,4 Partículas degradadas < 1,0 Ám Partículas não-degradáveis 1,0 - 100 Ám o qual é preparado reagindo-se silicato alcalino com ácidos minerais e solução de sulfato de alumínio a temperatura de 60 - 95°C sob um pH de 7,0 - 10, 0 enquanto sob agitação constante, onde a reação é contianuada até uma concentração de sólidos de 40 - 110 g/l, o pH é ajustado em um valor entre 3 e 5, e o ácido silícico precipitado é filtrado, lavado e em seguida seco, e opcionalmente moído ou granulado. O ácido silícico precipitado pode ser usado como carga em misturas de borracha.
