Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"MOLDES à BASE DE SìLICA"<D>. Moldes à base de sílica, existentes em uma configuração cilíndrica oca com apoios ou travões de reforço interno partindo da parede interna do cilindro oco para o centro do molde ou na forma que é denominada pequenas partes, são produzidos através de homogeneização de sílica com metil hidroxietil celulose, cera e/ou polietileno glicol com a adição de água e opcionalmente com a adição de uma solução aquosa alcalina de amónia, submetendo-a a um processo de amassamento e processamento, extrusão e opcionalmente cortando o extrudado no comprimento desejado através de um dispositivo de corte, secando a uma temperatura de 20 a 150 °C, e endurecendo por um período de 30 minutos a 10 horas em uma temperatura de 400 a 1200 °C. Esses moldes podem ser usados como suportes de catalisador para a produção de ésteres insaturados a partir de olefinas, ácidos orgânicos e oxigênio na fase gasosa e podem ser usados em particular para a produção de monómero de acetato de vinila.
