Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM RELé''<D>. No relé é moldado, por meio de injeção, um corpo de bobina (1) como corpo básico, onde são deslocados para frente no molde e também injetados pelo menos um suporte de contatos fixos (3, 4) assim como um pino de conexão-mola de contato (5) e pinos de conexão de bobina (9, 10) em forma de segmentos de fios de peças brutas semi-acabadas. Arbitrariamente o núcleo (16) também pode ser embutido no material do corpo de bobina (1). Com isso não se estabelecem processos de juntas, onde partículas de material sintético são raspadas e mais tarde podem chegar até os contatos. Desta forma a montagem de todas as partes de conexão ocorre em uma etapa económica de injeção e com um dispêndio de material o menor possível, ou seja, através de fios de peças brutas semi-acabadas e sem resíduos.
