Abstract
"MéTODOS E DISPOSITIVOS PARA CONTROLE DE OXIDAçõES DE HIDROCARBONETOS NOS RESPECTIVOS áCIDOS POR AJUSTE DA RAZãO SOLVENTE PARA HIDROCARBONETO" Esta invenção se refere a métodos e dispositivos de preparação de ácidos, tal como, por exemplo, ácido adípico, por oxidação de um hidrocarboneto, tal como, por exemplo, cicloexano, com um gás contendo um oxidante, de preferência, oxigênio. Um respectivo hidrocarboneto é reagido, de preferência, em um estado constante, com um oxidante gasoso, para formar um ácido em uma mistura líquida, que contêm, de preferência, um solvente, um catalisador, água e um iniciador. A razão de solvente para hidrocarboneto pode ser controlada de uma maneira a manter um parâmetro de reação selecionado de um grupo consistindo de velocidade de reação, reatividade, seletividade e rendimento dentro de uma faixa desejável, ou direcionar o parâmetro de reação no sentido de uma faixa desejável.
