Abstract

Viene descritta un'apparecchiatura per introdurre in modo controllato in un flusso di gas secco umidità in quantità da 1000 ppb fino ad 1 ppb (1 ppb=lxl0 alla -9). Ciò viene effettuato variando la portata del gas da 1 a 10 1/min e la temperatura di un generatore di umidità da 0° a 70°C. La temperatura del generatore di umidità é regolata da un dispositivo di riscaldamento-raffreddamento ad effetto Peltier.
