Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE REFINADO II ALTAMENTE PURO E éTER METIL-TERC-BUTìLICO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de éter metil-terc-butílico (MTBE) e uma mistura C~ 4~-hidrocarboneto quase sem isobuteno mediante reação de uma corrente de C~ 4~-hidrocarboneto contendo isobuteno com metanol em um catalisador ácido, sendo que em uma primeira etapa em um ou vários reatores o isobuteno é reagido com metanol até o ajuste do equilíbrio para a formação de MTBE e o isobuteno restante que se apresenta na mistura é reagido em uma segunda etapa em uma coluna de destilação reativa com um catalisador ácido, sendo que a coluna de destilação reativa é acionada na faixa de pressão de 3 até 15 bar absolutos e na faixa de temperatura da zona de reação de 55<198>C até 75<198>C com uma carga hidráulica na embalagem catalítica de 10 % até 110 % e uma proporção de retrocesso inferior a 1. Aplicação da mistura C~ 4~-hidrocarboneto quase sem isobuteno e do MTBE preparados de acordo com a invenção.
