Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE PASTILHAS DE FLURBIPROFEN DE FORMA LOSANGULAR" Um processo para produzir uma formulação farmacêutica de forma losangular que compreende as etapas de: 1) granular uma mistura de flurbiprofen e um agente de avolumação com uma solução de um agente ligante em um solvente polar para formar os grânulos; 2) fundir uma composição de formação do losango; 3) misturar os grânulos com a composição de formação do losango fundida; 4) transformar a mistura resultante em losangos cada um contendo uma quantidade terapeuticamente efetiva de flurbiprofen.
