Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PURIFICAçãO OU/E CONCENTRAçãO DE DNA ATRAVéS DE SEPARAçãO POR FILTRAçãO DE FLUXO CRUZADO DE ENDOTOXINAS DE UMA PREPARAçãO DE áCIDOS NUCLéICOS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método para purificar ou/e concentrar ácidos nucléicos em uma solução; a solução contendo ácidos nucléicos sendo guiados tangencialmente através de uma ou de várias membranas semipermeáveis tal que as moléculas de ácidos nucléicos são retidas pelas membranas e as substâncias com um peso molecular menor podem passar através das membranas ou/e são adsorvidas pela membrana para que se obtenha uma solução de ácidos nucléicos purificada e/ou concentrada. O mesmo método é conduzido para separar endotoxinas de uma preparação de ácidos nucléicos. Além disso, a invenção diz respeito ao uso de um sistema de filtração de fluxo cruzado para purificar ou/e concentrar ácidos nucléico em uma solução e para separar endotoxinas de uma preparação de ácidos nucléicos. A invenção também diz respeito ao uso dos ácidos nucléicos purificados e/ou concentrados através da filtração de fluxo cruzado para a clonagem, transformação, transfecção, microinjeção em células, para o uso em métodos de terapia genética, vacinação com DNA ou/e para a reação em cadeia de polimerase (PCR).
