Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PROTETOR INFLáVEL PARA OCUPANTE DE VEìCULO PARA PROTEçãO CONTRA O IMPACTO LATERAL DE CEBEçA E TóRAX". A invenção refere-se a um sistema de bolsa de ar para um automóvel contendo um airbag (5) constituído de uma almofada de gás inflável, um gerador de gás (2) para inflar o dito airbag (5), um tubo de distribuição de gás (4) se estendendo através de uma área dividida do airbag (5), aberturas de enchimento no tubo de distribuição de gás (4), e um componente de tira (13) com um canal de ignição (6) configurado no mesmo. O airbag dobrado (5) e o tubo de distribuição de gás (4) são acomodados no dito canal (6). Adicionalmente, os elementos de fixação são fornecidos para manter a unidade empacotada que compreende um componente de tira (13), o airbag (5) e o tubo de distribuição de gás (4).
