Abstract

A safety crash helmet which incorporates an inflatable device for automatic inflation of an air bag (G) with high pressure gas or air and ejects from the helmet the air bag (G) to envelop the neck and shoulders of the body for protection upon occurrence of a crash accident of a mechanically propelled vehicle to prevent a vehicle user from serious head and/or neck injuries.
