Abstract
"N^ 7^ -METILTRANSFERASE DE XANTOSINA SUBSTANCIALMENTE PURA, SEQUêNCIA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO SUBSTANCIALMENTE PURA, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR GRãOS DE CAFé SEM CAFEìNA". Proteínas purificadas, seq³ências de DNA que codificam em expressão assim e moléculas de DNA recombinantes, incluindo hospedeiros transformados com as mesmas, para transformar plantas de café para suprimir a expressão de caféina. As sequências de DNA e moléculas de DNA recombinantes são caracterizadas em que elas codificam em expressão para uma enzima na via para síntese de cafeína em café.
