Abstract

"ESTRUTURAS DE óXIDOS METáLICOS MONOLìTICAS DE PAREDE FINA PRODUZIDAS A PARTIR DE METAIS E PROCESSOS PARA A PRODUçãO DESSAS ESTRUTURAS". São descritas estruturas de óxidos metálicos monolíticas e processos para produção dessas estruturas. As estruturas são obtidas por aquecimento de uma estrutura contendo metal tendo várias superfícies bem próximas entre si em uma atmosfera oxidante, a uma temperatura abaixo do ponto de fusão do metal, mantendo simultaneamente a proximidade estreita das superfícies metálicas. As estruturas ilustrativas da invenção incluem estruturas de óxidos metálicos monolíticas de células fechadas e células abertas, compreendendo várias camadas planas e/ou corrugadas aglutinadas adjacents, filtros de óxidos metálicos obtidos de vários filamentos metálicos oxidados bem próximos entre si.
