Description
先ず、金属チタンからなるチタン構造体として、厚さ20μmのものと厚さ30μmのものとの2種類を用意した。これらのチタン構造体は、熱処理工程後に所望のセラミック構造体となるように形成した。また、2種類のチタン構造体の他に、測定用に、厚さ20μmの短冊状の金属チタンを用意した。
熱処理を行う際、図3に示すような熱処理装置を用い、炉内を酸素を含んだ気体雰囲気としたこと以外は、サンプル1と同様にしてセラミック構造体及び短冊状酸化チタンを作製した。なお、得られた音響振動板及び短冊状酸化チタンの色は、サンプル1と同じく、黄白色であった。
熱処理を行う際、図4に示すような熱処理装置を用い、炉内を水蒸気を含んだ気体雰囲気としたこと以外は、サンプル1と同様にしてセラミック構造体及び短冊状酸化チタンを作製した。なお、得られた音響振動板及び短冊状酸化チタンの色は、サンプル1と同じく、黄白色であった。
熱処理を行う際、炉内の温度を850℃にて保持して熱処理を行ったこと以外は、サンプル1と同様にしてセラミック構造体及び短冊状酸化チタンを作製した。なお、得られたセラミック構造体及び短冊状酸化チタンの色は灰色であった。
Claims (2)
- 金属チタンを夫々必要な形状に成型して複数のチタン成型体を得る成型工程と、
前記複数のチタン成型体を機械的に接触する機械的接触したチタン構造体を得るチタン構造体形成工程と、前記チタン構造体を熱処理することにより前記機械的に接触した複数のチタン成型体の全体を酸化チタンとするセラミック化工程とを有し、前記機械的に接触した複数のチタン成型体同士をセラミック化と同時に接合することを特徴とするセラミック構造体の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載のセラミック構造体の製造方法において、
前記セラミック化工程の熱処理は800℃以上で行うようにしたことを特徴とするセラミック構造体の製造方法。
