Abstract

"COMPOSTO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, E, PROCESSO PARA TRATAR UM ESTADO DOENTIO". Os compostos de acordo com a invenção são N-[(aminoiminometil ou aminometil)fenil] propil amidas de fórmula (I) aqui que demonstram atividade farmacológica e consequentemente são incorporadas em composições farmacêuticas e usadas no tratamento de pacientes sofrendo de alguns distúrbios médicos. Mais especialmente, eles são inibidores de fator Xa.
