Claims (18)
- 하기 일반식 (I)의 화합물;상기식에서 R1은 수소, 할로겐 또는 OR5(여기에서, R5는 수소, 아실, 저급-알콕시카보닐 또는 저급-알킬을 나타내며, 이들은 아미노, 모노-알킬 아미노, 디알킬아미노 또는 잔기-N-Het 에 의해 치환될 수 있고, -N-Het는 N원자를 통해 부착된, 5 내지 8원의 포화 또는 불포화 모노사이클릭 헤테로사이클을 나타낸다)를 나타내고; R2는 수소, 저급-알킬, 저급-알콕시 또는 할로겐을 타나내며; R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 저급-알킬을 나타내거나 또는 함께는 직쇄내에 3개 내지 5개의 C원자를 갖는 알킬렌을 나타내고; M은 -CONH- 또는 -NHCO-를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R3및 R4가 함께 직쇄내에 3개 내지 5개의 C원자를 갖는 알킬렌을 나타내는 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, R3및 R4가 함께 잔기 -C(CH3)2-CH2-C(CH3)2-, -C(CH3)2-CH2CH2-C(CH3)2-또는 -CH2CH2-C(CH3)2-CH2CH2-를 나타내는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, R1이 수소, 하이드록시, 불소, 모르폴리노에톡시 또는 N-메틸피페리디노에톡시인 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, M이 -CONH-인 화합물.
- 5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-4'-(2-모르폴리노에톡시)-2-나프탈렌카복스아닐리드.

- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, M이 -NHCO-인 화합물.

- 약제로서 사용하기 위한 일반식(I)의 화합물.

- 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 통상의 담체 물질과 보조제를 함유하는 약학 제제.
- 종양과 피부병, 피부노화 및 류마티스성 질병과 면역학적 질병 치료용 약학 제제의 제조를 위한 일반식(I) 화합물의 용도.
- 제1항의 방법 또는 그와 명백하게 동등한 화학적 방법에 의해 제조된 제1항의 일반식(I)의 화합물.
