Claims (18)

  1. 하기 일반식 (I)의 화합물;
    상기식에서 R1은 수소, 할로겐 또는 OR5(여기에서, R5는 수소, 아실, 저급-알콕시카보닐 또는 저급-알킬을 나타내며, 이들은 아미노, 모노-알킬 아미노, 디알킬아미노 또는 잔기-N-Het 에 의해 치환될 수 있고, -N-Het는 N원자를 통해 부착된, 5 내지 8원의 포화 또는 불포화 모노사이클릭 헤테로사이클을 나타낸다)를 나타내고; R2는 수소, 저급-알킬, 저급-알콕시 또는 할로겐을 타나내며; R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 저급-알킬을 나타내거나 또는 함께는 직쇄내에 3개 내지 5개의 C원자를 갖는 알킬렌을 나타내고; M은 -CONH- 또는 -NHCO-를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R3및 R4가 함께 직쇄내에 3개 내지 5개의 C원자를 갖는 알킬렌을 나타내는 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R3및 R4가 함께 잔기 -C(CH3)2-CH2-C(CH3)2-, -C(CH3)2-CH2CH2-C(CH3)2-또는 -CH2CH2-C(CH3)2-CH2CH2-를 나타내는 화합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, R1이 수소, 하이드록시, 불소, 모르폴리노에톡시 또는 N-메틸피페리디노에톡시인 화합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, M이 -CONH-인 화합물.
  6. 5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-4'-(2-모르폴리노에톡시)-2-나프탈렌카복스아닐리드.
  7. 5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-4'-하이드록시-2-나프탈렌카복스아닐리드.
  8. 화합물 5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프탈렌카복스아닐리드; 4'-플루오로-5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프탈렌카복스아닐리드; 1,1,3,3,-테트라메틸-5-인단카복스아닐리드; 4'-플루오로-1,1,3,3,-테트라메틸-5-인단카복스아닐리드; 1,1,3,3,-테트라메틸-4'-(2-모르폴리노에톡시)-5-인단 카복스아닐리드; 4'-하이드록시-1,1,3,3,-테트라메틸-5-인단카복스아닐리드; 6,7,8,9-테트라하이드로-7,7-디메틸-5H-벤조사이클로 헵텐-2-카복실산(4-하이드록시) 아닐리드; 6,7,8,9-테트라하이드로-7,7-디메틸-5H-벤조사이클로 헵텐-2-카복실산(4-플루 오로) 아닐리드; 6,7,8,9-테트라하이드로-7,7-디메틸-5H-벤조사이클로 헵텐-2-카복스아닐리드.
  9. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, M이 -NHCO-인 화합물.
  10. (5.6.7.8-테트라하이드로-5.5.8.8-테트라메틸-2-나프틸)-4-하이드록시벤즈아미드.
  11. (5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프틸)벤즈아미드; p-플루오로-N-(5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프틸)벤즈아미드; p-(2-모르폴리노메톡시)-N-(5,6,7,8-테트라하이드로-5,5,8,8-테트라메틸-2-나프틸)벤즈아미드.
  12. 화합물 N-(1,1,3,3-테트라메틸-5-인단일)벤즈아미드; p-플루오로-N-(1,1,3,3-테트라메틸-5-인단일)벤즈아미드; p-(2-모르폴리노메톡시)-N-(1,1,3,3-테트라메틸-5-인단일)벤즈아미드; p-하이드로시-N-(1,1,3,3-테트라메틸-5-인단일)벤즈아미드; 6,7,8,9-테트라하이드로-9,9-디메틸-5H-벤조사이클로헵텐-2-카복실산(4-하이드록시)아닐리드; 6,7,8,9-테트라하이드로-9,9-디메틸-5H-벤조사이클로 헵텐-2-카복실산(4-플루오로)아닐리드; 3-에틸-6,7,8,9-테트라하이드로-7,7-디메틸-5H-벤조사이클로 헵텐-2-카복실산(4-하이드록시) 아닐리드.
  13. 약제로서 사용하기 위한 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  14. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 반응시키고, 그후에 존재할 수 있는 아미노 보호 그룹을 분해제거함을 포함하는 제1항의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, A는 카복실 그룹 또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 나타내고 B는 아미노 그룹을 나타내거나 또는, A는 아미노 그룹을 나타내고 B는 카복실 그룹 또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 나타내며, R11은 존재할수 있는 아미노 그룹이 보호된 형태인 잔기 R1을 나타낸다.
  15. 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 통상의 담체 물질과 보조제를 함유하는 약학 제제.
  16. 종양과 피부병, 피부노화 및 류마티스성 질병과 면역학적 질병 치료용 약학 제제의 제조를 위한 일반식(I) 화합물의 용도.
  17. 제1항의 방법 또는 그와 명백하게 동등한 화학적 방법에 의해 제조된 제1항의 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  18. 본 명세서, 특히 실시예에 기재된 바와 실질적으로 같은 신규한 화합물, 제제 및 방법.
