Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM COMPOSTO DERIVADO DE PIPERDINA, REGIOISÈMERO, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM REGIOISÈMERO, DERIVADO DE <244>, <244>-DI-SUBSTITUìDO, E <244>, <244>-DI-NãO SUBSTITUìDO METILBENZENO, DERIVADO DE OXOBUTILA, PERCURSOR DE DERIVADO DE PIPERIDINA E PROCESSO PARA TRATAR REAçõES ALéRGICAS EM UM PACIENTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para prepara compostos derivados de piperidina de fórmula (I, II): em que n é 0 ou 1, R^ 1^ é hidrogênio ou hidroxi, R6 2^ é hidrogênio, ou quando n é o, R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ tomados juntos formam uma segunda ligação entre os átomos de carbono contendo R^ 1^ e R^ 2^, desde que quando n é 1, R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ são cada hidrogênio, R6 3^ é -COOH, ou -COOR^ 4^, R^ 4^ é uma porção alquila ou arila, A, B, e D são os substituintes de seus anéis, cada um podendo ser diferentes ou igual, e são selecionados dentre o grupo consistindo de hidrogênio, halogênios, alquila, hidroxi, alcóxi e outros substituintes. O processo compreende prover um regioisómero de fórmula (III): em que Z é CG^ 1^G^ 2^G^ 3^ (IV) ou (V), m é um inteiro de 1 a 6, Q e Y são iguais ou diferentes e são selecionados dentre o grupo consistindo de O, S e NR^ 5^, G^ 1^, G^ 2^ e G^ 3^ são iguais ou diferentes e são selecionados dentre o gripo consistindo de OR^ 8^, SR^ 8^, e NR^ 8^R^ 9^; R^ 6^ e R6 7^ são iguais ou diferentes e são selecionados dentre o grupo consistindo de hidrogênio, uma porção alquila, uma porção arila, OR^ 8^, SR^ 5^, R^ 8^ e R^ 9& são iguais ou diferentes e são selecionados dentre o grupo consistindo de hidrogêniom, uma porção alquila, e uma porção arila e convertendo o regioisómero para o compostos derivado de piperidina com um composto piperidina.
