Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"MéTODO E INSTALAçãO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA TIRA DE AçO FORMáVEL''<D>. Método para a fabricação de uma tira de aço formável compreende as etapas de (i) formação de aço líquido por meio de fundição contínua em uma placa tendo uma espessura de não mais de 100 mm; (ii) laminação da placa na região austenítica em uma placa intermediária tendo uma espessura na faixa de 5 a 20 mm; (iii) resfriamento da placa intermediária até abaixo da temperatura de Ar~ 3~; (iv) manutenção da placa intermediária em um envoltório para homogeneização de temperatura; (v) laminação da placa intermediária em tira, com pelo menos um passe de laminação aplicando uma redução de espessura de mais de 50%m em uma temperatura abaixo de T~ t~ e acima de 200C, onde T~ t~ é a temperatura em que 75% do aço é convertido em ferrita; e (vi) enrolamento da referida tira em uma temperatura acima de 500C. Vantagens de simplicidade do método e da instalação requerida para o mesmo são obtidas.
