Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO DE INSTALAçãO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA TIRA OU FOLHA DE AçO COM ESTAMPAGEM PROFUNDA"<D>. Na fabricação de tira ou folha de aço, adequada para uso como aço de estampagem profunda para a fabricação de corpos de latas através de estampagem profunda e alisamento, são realizadas as etapas de: (i) fornecimento de um aço de baixo carbono na forma de um bloco; (ii) laminação do bloco na região austenítica para reduzir sua espessura até uma espessura de transferência; (iii) resfriamento do bloco laminado, tendo a espessura de tranferência na região ferrítica; (iv) laminação do bloco laminado na região ferrítica para uma espessura acabada. Para proporcionar um aço tendo uma tendência reduzida à "formação de orelhas" na fabricação do corpo de lata, e espessura de tranferência é menor do que 1,8 mm e a redução total da espessura na região ferrítica da espessura de transferência para a espessura acabada é menor do que 90%.
