Abstract

composição de dois componentes de cura rápida de polímeros sililados com um longo tempo de abertura. a presente invenção se refere a um consistindo em: um componente a, que compreende pelo menos um polímero orgânico contendo grupo silano, preferencialmente pelo menos um agente de secagem, preferencialmente pelo menos uma amina com pelo menos um grupo amino livre ou grupo amino latente liberável por hidrólise, opcionalmente pelo menos um silano hidrolisável que não tem um grupo amino e pelo menos um catalisador para reticular polímeros silano-funcionais; e consistindo em um componente b, que compreende entre 1 e 75% em peso de água, em que a água é preferencialmente dispersa em uma mistura juntamente com preenchedor e/ou plastificante e opcionalmente outros aditivos; e opcionalmente consistindo em outros aditivos no componente a e/ou componente b, selecionados do grupo que consiste em preenchedores, ácidos silícicos hidrofílicos ou hidrofóbicos, plastificantes, solventes, aditivos de reologia, surfactantes, pigmentos, emulsificantes, estabilizadores uv ou de oxidação, retardantes de chama, biocidas e polímeros ou resinas não reativos à umidade; que se caracteriza por o catalisador ser um complexo de estanho com dois ligantes mercaptídeos de acordo com a fórmula (v), em que os ligantes l1 representam independentemente alquil mercaptídeos coordenados por enxofre, em particular c6 a c16 alquil mercaptídeos, em que os ligantes l1 compreendem opcionalmente grupos metil dialcoxissilano, preferencialmente grupos metil dimetoxissilano, e os ligantes l2 representam independentemente ligantes alquil, em particular ligantes c6 a c14 alquil. a composição de acordo com a invenção permite um tempo de pote excepcionalmente longo e simultaneamente cura muito rápida e excelente estabilidade de armazenamento.
