Abstract
AÇO GALVANIZADO À BASE DE ZN-AL-MG POR BANHO DE IMERSÃO A QUENTE. Este aço galvanizado à base de Zn-Al-Mg por banho de imersão a quente é provido com aço e uma camada de galvanização formada em uma superfície do aço. A camada de galvanização compreende, em composição média, 1?10% em massa de magnésio e 4?22% em massa de alumínio, com o restante compreendendo zinco e impurezas. A camada de galvanização inclui 10?70%, em razão de área em uma seção transversal da camada de galvanização, de uma composição mista de alumínio e zinco em uma matriz que é uma composição eutética ternária de Al/Zn/MgZn2. A composição mista de alumínio e zinco inclui uma primeira região na qual a concentração de zinco é de pelo menos 75% em massa e menos de 85% em massa, e uma segunda região que está no lado interno da primeira região e na qual a concentração de zinco é de pelo menos 67% em massa e menos de 75% em massa, e a razão de área da segunda região da composição mista Al/Zn em uma seção transversal da camada de galvanização é maior que 0% e não maior que 40%.
