Abstract

APARELHO DE ARMAZENAMENTO, MÉTODOS DE CONTROLE EM ARMAZÉM E DE CONTROLE DE EX-ARMAZÉM E SISTEMA DE ARMAZENAMENTO. São fornecidos um aparelho e sistema de armazenamento e um método de controle. O aparelho de armazenamento (1000) compreende: uma placa de camada de armazenamento temporário (120), com a placa de camada de armazenamento temporário (120) sendo usada para fornecer uma estação de armazenamento temporária; uma pluralidade de prateleiras (100), com cada prateleira (100) compreendendo pelo menos uma placa de camada de armazenamento (130) e uma pluralidade de colunas de suporte (110) dispostas em intervalos na direção horizontal, sendo a placa de camada de armazenamento (130) espaçada além da placa de camada de armazenamento temporário (120) na direção vertical por meio da coluna de suporte (110), e a placa de camada de armazenamento (130) sendo usada para fornecer uma posição de armazenamento; uma primeira passagem de robô para um primeiro robô (200) viajar, com o primeiro robô (200) sendo usado para armazenar mercadorias e levar mercadorias para a placa de camada de armazenamento temporário (120); e uma segunda passagem de robô para um segundo robô (300) viajar, com o segundo robô (300) sendo usado para transportar as mercadorias entre a placa de camada de armazenamento temporário (120) e a placa de camada de armazenamento (130). O aparelho e sistema de armazenamento e o método de controle podem melhorar a eficiência das mercadorias que entram e saem de um armazém.
