Abstract
COMPOSTO, MÉTODO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE UM COMPOSTO, E, FORMA CRISTALINA. A presente invenção provê um intermediário útil para a síntese de um inibidor de SGLT e um método para a preparação de um inibidor de SGLT usando o mesmo. De acordo com a presente invenção, desenvolvendo um composto de fórmula química 5 correspondendo a um novo intermediário, a dificuldade de purificação com processos existentes pode ser resolvida, a qualidade de substâncias relacionadas pode ser combinada com apenas uma etapa de purificação e o problema de controle de qualidade em cada etapa pode ser resolvido executando várias etapas in situ. O método para sintetizar um composto de fórmula química 1 usando um composto de fórmula química 5, de acordo com a presente invenção, permite a purificação na etapa de sintetizar um composto de fórmula química 5, resolvendo assim os problemas dos processos de síntese existentes, em que a qualidade das substâncias relacionadas era difícil de controlar passo a passo devido a um processo contínuo e minimizando a quantidade de substâncias relacionadas em um produto final. Além disso, à medida que o número de etapas de purificação aumenta, o processo pode ser simplificado porque a purificação não é necessariamente realizada duas ou mais vezes em uma etapa como na técnica anterior, maximizando assim o rendimento de produção de um derivado de difenilmetano de acordo com a fórmula química 1.
