Abstract

INTENSIFICAÇÃO DE CÉLULA IMUNE EFETORA DERIVADA DE IPSC USANDO COMPOSTOS PEQUENOS. Trata-se de métodos e composições para obtenção de células efetoras derivadas funcionalmente intensificadas, obtidas a partir da diferenciação direcionada de iPSCs manipuladas genomicamente. As células derivadas fornecidas no presente documento têm edição estável e funcional do genoma que entrega efeitos terapêuticos melhorados ou intensificados. Também são fornecidas composições terapêuticas e uso das mesmas compreendendo as células efetoras derivadas funcionalmente intensificadas sozinhas, ou com anticorpos ou inibidores de ponto de verificação em terapias combinadas.
