Abstract
trata-se de um método e disposição de produção de polímero que compreende a polimerização no reator que tem uma zona de topo que tem um formato geralmente cônico, uma zona intermediária em contato direto com e abaixo da zona de topo que tem um formato geralmente cilíndrico, uma zona de fundo que tem um formato geralmente cônico que polimeriza, desse modo, pelo menos uma olefina, na presença de um catalisador de polimerização e gás de fluidização para obter (i) uma primeira corrente que compreende gás de fluidização e partículas poliméricas de olefina, (ii) uma segunda corrente que compreende gás de fluidização e aglomerados de polímero de olefina, (iii) uma terceira corrente de produto polimérico de olefina, - direcionar a primeira corrente que compreende gás de fluidização e partículas poliméricas de olefina para uma série de pelo menos três ciclones conectados ao reator de leito fluidizado, - separar aglomerados de polímero de olefina da segunda corrente, retirar do reator de polimerização de leito fluidizado a terceira corrente de produto polimérico de olefina.
