Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de uma banda de rodagem (20), com as etapas de: extrudar a banda de rodagem (20), que tem um lado externo (22) e um lado interno (24) oposto ao lado externo (22), e apresentar uma região de suporte (26) de um material de borracha de região de suporte e uma faixa de guia (28) de um material de borracha de faixa de guia, sendo que a faixa de guia (28) se estende do lado externo (22) ao lado interno (24) e uma resistência de faixa de guia (W28) elétrica específica do material de borracha de faixa de guia é menor do que uma resistência da região de suporte elétrica específica do material de borracha da região de suporte. As etapas de acordo com a invenção são: determinação de uma resistência de faixa de guia (W28) elétrica da faixa de guia (28) entre o lado externo (22) e o lado interno (24), e emissão de um sinal de aviso, quando a resistência elétrica (W) excede uma resistência máxima (W28,max) especificada.
